The Framework

The diagnostic

The homepage names the six dimensions. This page is how you find out which one has you.

How To Use This

The stall point is rarely where the pain is loudest

People arrive certain they know their problem. It is almost always the symptom of a different dimension entirely — the failing business that is actually a marriage, the burnout that is actually a lost purpose, the isolation that is actually unforgiven grief.

So we do not start with solutions. We start with an honest reading across all six. Below is the reading — the signs, and the question that surfaces each one.

Spiritual

Purpose · Faith · Identity

Signs the movement has stopped

  • You can describe what you do, but not what it is for.
  • Success arrives and changes nothing inside you.
  • You are busy in a way that keeps you from thinking.

If nothing you are building outlives you, would you still build it?

Physical

Health · Movement · Energy

Signs the movement has stopped

  • The body has become something to manage rather than live in.
  • Rest never restores; it only pauses.
  • Capability is intact, but you have stopped using it.

Is your body carrying you forward, or are you carrying it?

Emotional

Healing · Forgiveness · Resilience

Signs the movement has stopped

  • An old event still decides what you are willing to try.
  • You are managing a feeling instead of moving through it.
  • Forgiveness feels like losing.

What are you still paying for, that someone else did?

Intellectual

Learning · Wisdom · Innovation

Signs the movement has stopped

  • You know more than you did, and think about it less.
  • New information gets sorted into old conclusions.
  • You cannot picture a version of your life you have not already lived.

When did you last change your mind about something that cost you?

Social

Relationships · Leadership · Community

Signs the movement has stopped

  • You are surrounded and unknown.
  • Every door you have opened, you opened alone.
  • You are needed by many and held by none.

Who would notice first if you stopped moving?

Financial

Stewardship · Freedom · Growth

Signs the movement has stopped

  • Money arrives and leaves without ever becoming stability.
  • A single bad month would undo a decade.
  • You are earning, but you own nothing that earns with you.

If income stopped tomorrow, how long could your dignity survive?

Applying the Method

What each gate actually costs

The homepage introduces Awareness, Clarity, and Liberation. Here is what people are not told about them.

A

Awareness costs comfort

Most people do not lack awareness. They have been avoiding one specific thing, competently, for years. This gate is not an insight — it is a decision to stop looking away, and it is the gate where most people quietly leave.

C

Clarity costs certainty

Clarity is not relief. It usually means giving up a story that was doing useful work — the villain who explained everything, the circumstance that excused it. What is left is smaller, truer, and harder to argue with.

L

Liberation costs the helper

The work is finished when you no longer need the person who guided it. A liberation that keeps you dependent on me is not liberation — it is a subscription. This is the measure I hold every engagement to.

Have this read for you

A mapping session takes the six dimensions and tells you, honestly, where the movement actually stopped.
